I have 3 other people using this computer, I had reordered my virus protection (Norton) end of December. On January 2nd a notice came up that my computer was at risk, and I should order some program. You cannot delete this program unless you just shut down the page. Every time I open my computer with my ID, it is there, I don't know how to get rid it, no place to shut it off and whenever I try to open a page it is there, and Norton claims everything is okay, no viruses. the other 2 people using same computer does not have this on their page.
